Peter B. Hubbell

Founder & CEO

Peter is a recognized leader in the advertising industry with a prolific career that has spanned 30+ years. He has held top positions at many of the world's leading ad agencies, notably Saatchi & Saatchi where he was a member of the Global Board running General Mills' international food business. Peter left Saatchi in 2011 to start BoomAgers, an agency dedicated to marketing to the world's baby boomers. It has since become the world's leading agency in aging and, Peter has emerged as one of the pre-eminent marketing communications experts in the global aging space. Along the way, he also started Apply : you to fulfill his ambition to empower today's youth with his career learnings. Peter is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Patricia DiMichele

Patricia comes to Apply : you^℠ with 33+ years at P&G After graduating with an Industrial Engineering Degree she started her P&G career working in warehousing systems. She soon moved into a marketing analyst role and from there she found her true passion, Brand Management, where she put her stamp on brands like Tide, Olay, Pampers, Charmin, Febreze and Always to name a few. Her leadership and results on these brands led to her position as an internal P&G expert and consultant on brand strategy and communication strategy/execution. Her favorite part of this role was teaching and coaching at all levels of the company. Since retiring from P&G a year and a half ago she has started her consulting company, the Art of Strategy, where she’s continued to apply her expertise to brands inside and outside P&G. Coaching was something Patricia was known for while at P&G and its been her priority to continue doing this through guest lecturing at colleges such as The Ohio State and the University of Rochester as well as informal coaching of graduating seniors. Apply: you has given her the opportunity to powerfully bring her two passions together.

Caroline Jones

Caroline is an advertising professional with over 20 years of experience at prominent agencies in both Washington, DC, and New York City. She has worked on a wide variety of categories and brands, notably KitchenAid, Mobil Oil, General Mills, Weight Watchers and Georgia-Pacific. She also has experience in education having worked in Admissions for independent schools in New York City. She is a graduate of Emory University.

Lee Anne Stoddart

Lee Anne has been a brand strategy and positioning scholar, advocate, and practitioner for 30+ years. With more than a decade of "big agency" experience at The Leo Burnett Company, followed by client-side business & brand equity management experience at Pillsbury/General Mills, Inc., Lee Anne founded Astrion Partners, a strategy consultancy, in 2002. As a member of the University of Michigan recruiting team at both Leo Burnett and Pillsbury she conducted on-campus and corporate interviews with undergraduate and graduate prospective new hires. Lee Anne enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop their professional skills and potential. She has been described by colleagues as a "positioning guru" and is delighted to be part of Apply: you working alongside Peter and the rest of the team to leverage her brand expertise in this exciting new application. Lee Anne is a graduate of Bowling Green State University where she studied marketing communications and music. She lives in Winnetka, IL with her husband Rich and two dogs - Leo and Kodi.
